I would describe it as "blokey" and that is fine since I imagine that is Pete's target market. Yes heaps of sport in the bar, good food and the all important cold beer.
If you want a pool I suggest you try Sanur Beach Villas (Mangrove Sanctuary) also in the south of Sanur or The Ugly Duckling in central Sanur.
