people not to stay at a budget hotel because of an experience related to other guests. This could happen at ANY hotel ANYWHERE. You obviously have more chance of "younger" guests at a budget hotel but I have stayed at the hotel and the cottages and have a lovely stay. I found the hotel and cottages very family friendly in our recent stay last December, they were more than accomodating helping us change rooms to be closer together etc.
Blame the inconsiderate tourists and if its bad enough say something to them.
As I often was walking through the cottages at night between rooms I always saw the security guards on duty and they appeared very vigilant.
