Agent you would have some come back. years ago we booked into The Rosani Hotel in Legian. What a bloody hell hole that was... took photo's to support my complaint and also got the manager to sign a letter of my grievances. Gave this to the Travel Agent on our return and .....
To cut a long story short we were refunded our money for accommodation and also they took the Rosani off the books.
