If you had of said it was the AD HOTEL I would have shrugged my shoulders but if the event happened at the cottages then that was very unfortunate. Unfortunate for you and for Adi Dharma as now they have a negative review. The cottages are certainly not ideal for loud, uncouth behaviour. Close together, conservative, and small. How unfortunate for both of you that these "common" people showed no respect for the environment or others.
It happens in many other places ...it is the luck of the draw sometimes. like who you get landed next to on an aircraft!!!.
I can only speak highly of my times at AD hotel, but Security should have been more pro active. Could you not have been more persistent. I thought they were a 24 hour hotel
