Kosts are usually rented long term & not by the month
So if you are staying only 3 months look for a very budget type place/hotel around 3mill per month
Most budget hotels offer discounts & will negotiate rates for longer stays
Hotel often will have no pool & fan cooled room
Cheapest options will be around Poppies 1& 2 and Jln Benesari
eg Lolo House Homestay, Dua Dara Inn
