For that amount you would be looking at a room in a local kost
On the lower end of the scale they usually come unfurnished, & usually no hot water or aircon & sometimes a shared bathroom or perhaps a bathroom inside - squat toilet & bak mandi.
eg a family member rents a room for 1 million a month
Unfurnished, no aircon, western toilet
Often they are hard to find & better if you have local contacts or are in Kuta to do the run around/searching once you are there.

If your budget was around 3million per month it is more likely you could get a basic room in a hotel
