use a sponsor & then only require the following forms for 1st renewal.:
Form 23
Form titled Surat permonhonan
form titled Surat permintaan Dan Jaminan.
Copy sponsor family card.
Copy sponsor KTP.

They seem to change the procedure every bl**dy time.

The forms used to be free. Now at Imigrasi at Tuban you have to go to the front of the adjacent building & pay 5000rp for a folder & the forms. Even then half of the information on one of the photocopied forms was missing. Still takes 3 visits there before you get the visa.

Most of the forms are still only in Indonesian.
