my return ticket is outside the 60 days so I get an html version of the e-ticket and change the date, then print it.

30 day renewals have been easy, just used an agent, cost RP500,000 for everything (this was an outer island, not Bali). I hear the first renewal is easy and they then become progressively more difficult.
