last july(2010) hired scooter for 20000 a day for a total of 21days...hired from a little tourist office in poppies one next to gangster surf.Bike was ok but nothing flash but it did the job.
So you can hire bikes for less then 30000...in the 12years I hav e been traveling to bali I have never paid more than 25000 per day.I just bargain hard and am very polite..
