13. Get a contract drawn up legally with the local person so that they do not change the percentage required by them later on when you sell! Standard is 5% but have seen ones being extorted for more than 10% to get signature on for selling.
14. If you are going to rent out as a business, check if you need pondok wisata licence...our friends just paid out about $5K for this licence.
