Discovery is more "Myers" while the markets are more "Red Dot".
In Discovery you have air con, known brands (genuine) fixed prices and a "normal" shopping environment.
There are good buys to be had, especially some of the top brand shoes, and look for the specials.
Go early to be there for the 10am "dance", it's worth seeing and you will NOT see this in Myers.
The markets are the markets, hot, haggling, doubtful quality knock off stuff, but still good fun.
Do both.
