Price hike???

Just stayed at Febris for 7 nights and just looked at booking again for mid Oct' 2011 and have found a rather steep price increase.
They have gone from $61 a night to $86 for a superior room 2a/1c, I think febris is well worth $61 a night but $86 I dont think this place is worth it..If I have to this much I will start looking elswhere..
Any thoughts?
