if you are going through immigration then you are officialy in indonesia, so then you will be liable to pay domestic departure tax which is 40,000.
also what airlines are you using, as if your are coming from your country lets say oz for example by quantas landing at terminal 1or 2 then using air asia to denpasar you will have to get the transit bus to terminal 3 or taxi.
hope you get my meaning as terminal 3 is a fair bit from main terminal.
