the roads

gangs, lanes etc in Bali are shocking at the moment. It's amazing how they dig a hole in a road & put in a manhole with the cover 3" above the road level. With the sewer & drainage works & road damage caused by the rain etc the place is a mess. Some holes are about 30cm deep. They will soon increase the VOA to pay for it. Even then only about 10% will come back to Bali.
