In Bali a treatment called hair smoothing is popular recently, the product is not as strong as regular hair straightening. It depends on your hair type, you can ask them for advice. There are two hairsalons I know & I trust that will give you good quality service & products. In Sanur area is Hairworld by Kopi Bali House restaurant and in Kuta is called Soap suds on way to airport across the street from (I think) a Mercedes dealer. Hope this helps...
