hi,didn't answer sooner(have posted a few times re same), however my 16yr old daughter had her hair done twice (2009 & nov last year) at yopi salon - opposite the bintang supermaket there in seminyak,,,,very good results and no adverse affects...it takes about 4 hours and its still looking fab,,,,was about A$60
