Hi Rak. I am not sure why my unlock didn't occur beforehand. But I restored the phone 3 times before i removed the sim lock and passcode pin. Then it just went through the process smoothly.

I put that in just in case that was the case with others too.

I am looking foward to utilising the free wi fi over there this trip. I didn't have an iphone last trip in may 2010, so will be good to keep in contact back home.
