last year and were very unhappy. They had previously stayed there and had enjoyed it. Seems the staff had changed and they were not at all friendly or helpful (which I can vouch for). They had to move rooms three times (I was staying at the Kusnadi at the time and saw the state of the Sari rooms). They had problems with leaking air conditioning and just plain horrible rooms literally next to reception. They were also overcharged (as I had payed a deposit prior to their arrival and it was not deducted from the final bill). I would not recommend the Sari.
