My comments are based on my stay at the Sari Beach in July last year.
Although I did not stay upstairs in an Ocean View room, I did venture up there to visit someone who was. She & her husband were not thrilled with the room & she showed me through, explaining why...
The room is dated, too light with minimal window coverings, bathroom tired/grubby with water repeatedly backing up in the shower recess & not running away as it should. (The shower issue was not rectified by the hotel staff following her repeated complaints). Ocean view is lovely, however marred by the barrage of music (boom, boom, boom) from the hotel adjacent (Puri Raja?)
