I don't think that the World Health Organisation would be waving a stick at a Hotel in a way such as described......bigger fish to fry.
I warned posters way back at the beggining of "frenzy time" to tread softly regarding unsubstantiated claims about any hotel.
The media certainly took that approach, stating often that "all stayed at Ramayana" but not that anyone contracted anything at Ramayana.
The Ramayana is a popular place, so many would be affected, and as the West Australian and also TV channels have run the earlier story, they would certainly be quick to embellish now......so far nothing.
There is something not quite right here, probably not related to the caps concious OP, but to the "source" of the information.
