The government one 30 mtrs before beemo corner has closed. ther is one when you turn left at beemo corner about 20 meters away I think it is also government approved but beware. About one year ago my niece was given 400000 rph in old notes and just a few weeks ago my cousin was short changed 300000 (slight of hand ) by the same money changer. Not exactly your request but you can't go wrong with the Kodak changer at the corner of poppies 2 and legion st. As has been mentioned many times before on this site,stay away from the ones offering the very high rates of exchange .
