I always changed at the one you refer to, and since the shift have used the new one.
I have changed in quite big volume, they use the electronic "block counter" with digital display, I then take to the bank up at the memorial for deposit and they put it through their block counter.....never a problem (Yes, I always have an accompanying person and transport just in case).
I have actually talked the board rates up there as well if changing enough.
