We take $100.00 notes and $50.00's.
The smaller notes get a smaller exchange rate.
Check your notes b4 departure to make sure they have no pin holes (Staples etc) and are not torn as this will also lessen the amount they will give you. Devalues.
Only change 1 or 2 hundred at a time and hoard the rest in your room safe.
And as mentioned only use reputable money changes. Ask other travellers where they have found the most honest reliable money changers and their tips.
