we personally know a guy who had the same thing from this particular restaurant a couple of years ago. He firstly had really bad stomach cramps then his bowl literally turned inside out. ( bleeding profusely) he was emergency evacuated out of Bali. He was diagnosed with a parasite in the stomach. This can happen anywhere in the world not just bali and the Dr's told him it was due to the salad not being washed??? He does continue to visit Bali but is very particular about the type of food he eats.
