you can stay there as well. As Gary said, you can swim in one of three pools, the water is freezing cold and the steps in are a bit slippery but it really is refreshing in the heat. The change rooms are "ordinary" to say the least, basically they are a toilet block and you change in there, pick the cleanest and get your friend to stay by the door cos they dont all shut properly! It is most definatley worth a visit though, the grounds are beautiful, don't get a guide to show you around inside, you don't need one.
