Red Cordial Dosage

The red cordial post again i know.
Ive visited Bali many times and on my next visit i intend taking some with us.
What would you recommend as a sufficient ammount of the cordial to consume daily?
Do you have it before breakfast?
Another thing can you take it through Perth airport as being a liquid are there still issues with liquids.
Any feedback will be appreciated.
