Yesterday we went down Garlic Lane (from Melasti st) and went in to the first money changer on the left. It is down a small lane way with a tailor. It had the proper sign out the fron with the rates on it. My friend and myself wanted to change 200.00aus each.They gave us all 200000rp notes and count it out. They then asked do you have you 10000rp we said no (after looking in our wallets). I then went to recount our money and as I was doing this they said oh we have 50000rp notes do you want us to change it. I said no and contined to count and both lots of money was 500000rp short. We took back our money and left. Please be careful.
