I would advise you to ask your bank if they actually have a "relationship" with the bank that you are sending the money to before you resend it because if they dont the money will be sent via another bank sitting in the middle,and yes they will take fees out of your money before sending it on meaning the hotel will NOT get the correct amount of money.This is quite possibly were some if not all of your original money went to.
If the dont send it direct go and check other banks till you find one that does deal direct to the indonesian bank.
