I normally reserve my "twist of lime, shaken but not stirred" for upper crust establishments such as Bamboo Corner, where I can emulate those Corona drinkers with their compulsory twist.
I have not yet been charged extra for the pleasures of the rind, but now you have mentioned the possibility no doubt this will be appearing soon on a menu somewhere near to you.
