you can't get a 60 day social visa without a sponsor letter. I doubt sonyal has time to organise that, and might also not know anyone who can sponsor.
If that's the case, then the best bet is to get a 60 day tourist visa before leaving. Sometimes it's possible to turn these into social visas once arrived (with help of a sponsor), otherwise do the visa run to Singapore and come back in for the last 30 days on the VOA.
