I am a Coeliac and live in Bali and Ive read the ingredients on every sauce I can find and thy soy here does not contain wheat, its the versions in Western countries that contain wheat. You will find so many things to eat, I even get pancakes at work as wheat flour is imported and more expensive so they don't use it. I find the more local you eat the better as the high end places may not have a local cooking and may use imported ingredients. Bread is the only problem, no matter how many times people on here say its made with rice flour, its not, even the rye breads have wheat flour, Ive read the ingredients and had many a conversation with bakers at Carefour, Bali Deli, Bali Buddah etc.
