Sulawesi and Kalimantan etc. kept everything they earned from oil, gas, minerals etc. to their own island? (I do of course realise that many of the above resource companies are big multinationals) so I am talking about the amounts that actually get to Jakarta. Also a small and nitpicking (sorry) point - Bali is part of Indonesia much in the way that Tasmania is part of Australia!
