I had a bracelet made last year from broken pieces that I had. The bracelet that I had made was a solid one which I wear all the time and I have done some really heavy work with it on and it got damaged. I took it to her the other day and she is fixing it free of charge. I have no problem with recommending her at all. I know there was someone awhile ago that was no happy with the end result. But if she is given the chance to fix the problem this would be done I have no doubt in that. But really this is your decision. Hope this helps you decide.
