Mrs. Pak - Bali Rani

I've read plenty of good reports regarding Mrs. Pak's repairs, remodelling of jewellery etc. but I am also interested to hear from anyone who has had a less than satisfactory experience. I'm considering getting several fairly intricate and expensive pieces dismantled and redone by her later this year. Thanks for all replies.
