We really notices a difference in the numbers of dogs and also in their condition this time. We spent 2 weeks in Penanastan outside Ubud and 2 weeks in Seminyak but in a quiet part.
The dogs appearded mostly well fed and only a few looking underfed. If you don't go near them I find they leave you alone. Most had collars indicating that they were owned. I think that there has been a real improvement in the past year.
