We are off soon for our 4th visit to Kuta Lagoon
It's 3.5 Stars from memory and the one thing that drew us to it was the pool access rooms but it has suddenly gotten very popular and these book out quickly.
The rooms are basic with Toilet shower/bath, bar fridge, TV etc
We were lucky last year and got upgraded to a private villa with private pool. These are honeymoon type accomadation but very roomy with separate toilet, shower in the room (no bathroom door) and if you really wanted to the bath was outside the back, It also had an outdoor shower near the private pool.
Breakfast to us is standard - personally I only have toast.
Staff are friendly and very helpful but they don't have babysitting services even though they advertise they do. We've not seen many other people stay there with familys though.
It has a swim up bar in the pool but is not always maintained. They send out staff with there are people around.
It has many reasonable priced resturants around.
