reviews? Mercure, Kuta Seaview & Lagoon

has anyone stayed at any of the 3 above?
Thinking these are the three I'm going to choose from.
The Kuta Lagoon is up on Legian St, seems to be in a good position, the other 2 on the beach, lovely.
Just want to know quality any good, any major problems?
