SIM in Sanur - where & how much?

We're off to Bali for the second time, but leaving the little monkeys at home this time with grandparents - which means we have to call home every day (apparently).

We'll buy an unlocked phone and get a sim over there. First stop is Sanur. Where is the place to buy one in Sanur and what is the right price for the card itself.

Also, how much credit do you reckon we need to call home for 10 minutes every day for a week?
