Bogans are extremely vendor friendly, and will often purchase all stock, just so the vendor will join them in a drink.
This woman was more your uncultured Sydney type, probably staying in Seminyak and on a mission to lower the tone around Kuta / Tuban.
She is also training her kids in vendor bashing, which will no doubt manifest itself in a few years time in Bali or some other Asian location.
It's a pity that this particular beach seller could not deposit the light-up balls where the sun doesn't shine and aforesaid woman could have waddled back north lit up like an Xmas tree.
