From Sydney on Garuda we arrive at 2.30pm - in June we waited 2.1/2 hours. A friend who is over there at present arrived via JetStar at 11pm at night and waited only 1 hour - maybe the time of the day or night makes a difference but you would think that the officials would be aware of the 'busy times' and make arrangements for same. Bali is still the best place on earth and once you are settled in for a month, it is paradise.
