Has anyone heard of any water & power problems in any of their rooms. We have had 5 deluxe pool view rooms booked since Oct 2009 and no problems, to arrive on the 18th Sept. We visited them in Feb this year to make sure all was ok & to make a change with 1 room & that was confirmed ok.
I emailed them last night as a final confirmation and got an email back to say that there is water & power problems from the 30th Aug with some of the rooms and they want to put us in a close by hotel for 1 night as their repairs are going to be 20 days and they won't finish until the 19th. Relatives who booked for the same hotel through an agent have not heard of any such problems, so we are wondering if anyone has heard of these problems or maybe they've overbooked and are using this as an excuse.
