Igot a Usd travel card before I left for Bali. I got the bank rate which is diff to rate in the news. Bank rate/ I got 91.5, and paid an $11 fee to set up card . No fees Deducted fm the anz at ATM to convert but a fee fm the ATM which was a CBa one. Really not sure if it's worth it for a small holiday spending amount. Wouldn't bother next time.
