We took our youngest when he was 4 1/2 months old - he's 4 1/2 now and soon he'll be heading back on his 9th trip. Depending on the baby of course, that age is probably the easiest of all to take! Probably (although maybe not of course) breastfeeding, not yet eating solids - all easy.

Just make sure you have a good mosquito net for the pram and cot. Also can act as a sunshade - I would put a muslim wrap over it if sunblock needed. I only ever used hotel cots (hadn't really heard of the baby hire places then but you could check the websites and see if it's for you. A jogger pram is definitely easier on those footpaths.

Another tip from here was to take or buy there, a water spray bottle to spray on baby to cool down (using bottled water of course).
As I said, I found this age really easy. Won't be too hot at that time of year either.

I'm sure someone has mentioned that you can go ahead and book the baby if you're booking now (I think they just put the surname in twice and changed it after the baby was born) but you might want to check for sure before you do it!

Good luck with your planning : )
