Simple. $3 is definately not the end of the world, I took exception to his demeanor and I am actually a bit over the fact I'm considered fair for a rip off attempt, even a fixed price shop tried it on this trip (not Ketuts), reneging on an agreement isn't acceptable in my knowledge anywhere in the world why do people think Bali is any different?
