If you are in Bali and make a deal with someone, whether it is a seller, driver or whoever else, you should observe that bargain.I suppose your driver asked you if you wanted to be left at Bemo corner because the traffic is so horrendous that it sometimes takes them ages to get you to your destination, and it's quicker to walk the last bit. I know that is what happened to me a couple of times on the last visit.Three dollars isn't the end of the world, really and if he was caught in traffic and his meter went way over you probably would have been cross as well!
