But it is a great shame that you had this experience and I hope that the other company give a reasonable explanation and that no one else has the same happen.
Some one else said to let us know what respons you get to your mail and I hope you can let us know what happens now.
As a matter of interest normally these companies have a bond to cover any losses and damage so I supose that this nasty person had to return your bond too as well as complaining about money.
I hope all this went OK to and you got your money back.
