You are right about the 2 sides and maybe we will get to hear the other side of this one and maybe the poster can let us know what happened from the complaint.
I am sure that this is just a one of situation but as my name suggests I am a proud West Aussie and am happy to support a WA base company that I can call on a local number if I need to for any advise or make any payments if I want.
Each to their own and BBC have given us all we ask for including the local contact point and friendly drivers so just now I see no reason to go anywhere else.
