I have been to Bali many times and have often stayed at Suriwathi in Deluxe rooms. (One trip stayed in Superior for part of the trip due to full house re:Deluxe rooms.) This time my friend booked me into a standard room, as all other rooms booked out. It is for Jan, travelling solo this time so no problems re: space. Have never checked out the standard rooms upstairs. Just wondering if anyone has stayed in these rooms? What is the bathroom like? Is air con OK? I have a portable DVD so will use cord to TV or is the TV small and up high? I have stayed in some cheap places, OK places and some middle of the range places. I know what Suriwathi is like in regards to towels, brecky etc. Just wanting info on standard room. Have looked on their website as well. Thanks in advance. Sorry long message/questions.
