I have been doing this for a few years now, & you would be surprised how long a some of the ice will last in your drink bottle.
Also forgot to add that one thing I have taken for years is a packet of disposable plastic cups.
Great for teeth brushing and making extra drinks if you have any visitors or no clean glasses.
