I usually make a trip to Carrefour on my 2nd day in Bali. While stocking up on water, and drinks etc, I buy a plate, bowl, cup, coffee cup, and cutlery to use during my month stay. When I'm ready to go home, I give them to a friend. Costs around the same as disposable gear but less rubbish contributed to Bali's landfills.
